    Aldar to build UAE’s first Tesla Experience Centre on Yas Island by 2027

    Aldar has unveiled plans to develop the UAE’s first Tesla Expertise Centre on Yas Island, bringing collectively a showroom, service centre and supply corridor below one roof.

    The aim-built, 5,000sqm facility will strengthen Tesla’s presence within the UAE by providing an built-in buyer expertise and optimised operations, whereas reinforcing Yas Island’s popularity as a chief base for world manufacturers.

    Jassem Saleh Busaibe, Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Investment, said: “This build-to-suit growth for one of many world’s most recognisable manufacturers represents one other step within the evolution of Aldar’s industrial and logistics choices. It displays the arrogance world corporations have in Aldar as a companion of selection, and in Yas Island as a strategic base for long-term progress.”

    Tesla within the UAE

    Pawel Trzpis, Common Supervisor at Tesla Center East, added: “We’re excited to develop our operations in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, with our first purpose-built website. We stay up for welcoming our present and future prospects to expertise this website upon its public opening.

    “This milestone solidifies our focus and dedication to increasing within the area.”

    The power will embody:

    • 170 parking areas with 20 V4 Tesla Supercharger stalls
    • Built-in showroom, service, and supply companies
    • Aiming for Estidama 3 Pearl score with Web Zero-aligned design options corresponding to:
      • Rooftop solar energy
      • Excessive-efficiency HVAC techniques
      • Low-emission supplies
      • LED lighting
      • Rainwater recycling techniques for landscaping and operations

    Situated alongside the E12 freeway with direct connections to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the centre is scheduled for completion by 2027.

    The mission displays Aldar’s rising position as a companion of selection for worldwide manufacturers and Tesla’s long-term dedication to increasing its footprint within the Center East.
