    Celebrating Peace and Resilience: A Night of Commemoration in Egypt

    On Saturday, 25 October, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi attended the “Nation of Peace” celebration on the Metropolis of Arts and Tradition within the New Administrative Capital.

    This occasion marked the 52nd anniversary of the October Victory of 1973, a pivotal occasion when Egyptian forces reclaimed Sinai territories occupied by Israel since 1967.

    The night featured a star-studded lineup of Egyptian and Arab artists, together with Mohamed Mounir, Assala Nasri, and Amal Maher, who contributed to the cultural program.

    Festivities began with a recitation of verses from the Quran, adopted by a speech centered on peace.

    In his handle, Egypt’s president expressed gratitude for the cessation of hostilities in Gaza, highlighting Egypt’s diplomatic efforts, which culminated within the Sharm El-Sheikh Summit for Peace. 

    He emphasized the significance of nationwide unity and the power of the Egyptian individuals within the face of adversity. “Individuals who refuse defeat,” he noted, “are granted victory by Allah.”

    The celebration included performances that underscored Egypt’s help for the Palestinian trigger.

    Notable segments featured artists coming collectively to precise solidarity and resilience, whereas touching moments, such because the President’s heat interplay with a younger Palestinian woman, crammed the corridor with emotion.

    Because the occasion concluded, President Al-Sisi urged instructional establishments to facilitate visits to Sinai, selling consciousness of its historic significance and the spirit of perseverance that defines Egypt.
