RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Justice’s Conciliation Middle issued 73,000 conciliation agreements in the course of the first half of 2025, reinforcing the Kingdom’s efforts to advertise amicable dispute decision and scale back the burden on courts.
The Middle facilitated greater than 544,000 conciliation periods, benefiting over 733,000 people. These milestones underscore the rising reliance on different dispute decision mechanisms inside the justice system.
Central to the initiative is the Taradhi platform (taradhi.moj.gov.sa), which gives distant conciliation companies, enabling events to settle disputes effectively with out the necessity for in-person attendance.

Conciliation agreements concluded via Taradhi are legally binding and instantly enforceable via the enforcement courts if both get together fails to conform.
The progress achieved by the Conciliation Middle is aligned with the Kingdom’s Imaginative and prescient 2030 and falls beneath the Conciliation System Activation Initiative, a part of the Nationwide Transformation Program.
