    Democrat demands release of ‘shocking’ Trump-Saudi call from 2019 after Khashoggi’s death

    WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A Democratic lawmaker who served on Donald Trump’s Nationwide Safety Council in his first time period urged the White Home on Friday to launch a transcript of Trump’s 2019 name with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman after journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s killing.

    “The Khashoggi household and the American individuals need to know what was in that decision… the receipts will increase severe questions,” Consultant Eugene Vindman advised a information convention with Khashoggi’s widow, Hanan Elatr Khashoggi.

    Vindman’s twin brother, Alexander Vindman, additionally labored on the safety council and blew the whistle on the Zelenskiy name that led to Trump’s first impeachment. In that decision, Trump advised that Zelenskiy examine Joe Biden, who defeated Trump within the 2020 presidential election.
