    Dubai Municipality has accomplished a AED277 million ($75.4 million) sewerage and rainwater drainage venture in Nad Al Sheba 3, enhancing infrastructure for 300 plots and 340 hectares as a part of its future-ready city technique.

    Dubai Municipality has introduced the profitable completion of a serious sewerage and rainwater drainage growth in Nad Al Sheba 3, delivered at a complete value of AED277m ($75.4m).

    Drainage venture scope and options:

    • Sewerage community: A 24km sewerage system with pipeline diameters starting from 200mm to 800mm has been constructed, alongside 11 kilometres of family connections to hyperlink houses and residential models to the principle community
    • Rainwater drainage: A high-capacity pumping station with a discharge fee of 4,000 litres per second has been put in to handle stormwater move effectively. As well as, a 31km gravity-based pipeline community (250mm–1,500mm diameter) ensures optimum drainage throughout heavy rainfall and reduces flooding dangers.
