    Dubai Police unveil largest back-to-school safety plan for 2025–2026 with 250 patrols, drones and student ambassadors

    Dubai Police have unveiled a large-scale back-to-school security operation as a part of their “College Safety” initiative, deploying 250 safety and site visitors patrols, drones, and mounted models to safeguard college students returning to lecture rooms for the 2025–2026 tutorial 12 months.

    The plan consists of 9 drones to observe site visitors and important areas, six luxurious patrol vehicles, 4 mounted police models, and 60 bicycles to spice up subject presence round college zones.

    Greater than 750 senior officers and police personnel may also have interaction immediately with college students throughout the emirate.

    Dr Brigadier Abdulrahman Al Maamari, Secretary-Basic of the Hemaya Council, stated the marketing campaign displays the directives of Lieutenant Basic Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.

    He stated: “We’re dedicated to creating the tutorial atmosphere safer and extra interactive via progressive initiatives and subject programmes concentrating on private and non-private colleges throughout Dubai”.

    As a part of the initiative, subject groups will go to 71 colleges—together with Hemaya colleges—to fulfill with college students and fogeys, selling each safety and neighborhood consciousness.

    The initiative may also see 300 kids function “Security Ambassadors” and 28 consciousness programmes delivered with assist from 15 accomplice organisations.

    Captain Majid bin Saaed Al Kaabi, Head of the initiative, highlighted the marketing campaign’s aim to “improve college safety in collaboration with instructing and administrative employees, tackle rising behaviours, and strengthen belief between college students, dad and mom, and the police”.

    Eighteen interactive activities will accompany the campaign, ranging from road safety tips to entertainment sessions featuring Dubai Police’s mascot “Mansour”. Students will also receive gifts and school supplies.

    Captain Al Kaabi concluded: “The protection of our kids is a shared accountability. Households, colleges, and police should work hand in hand to construct a secure and motivating academic atmosphere.”
