    Dubai real estate: Meraas launches new phase of City Walk Crestlane waterside project

    Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Actual Property, has introduced a brand new section of Metropolis Stroll Crestlane, the waterside residential improvement launched earlier this 12 months.

    The announcement follows what the corporate describes as investor response to the preliminary launch.

    The brand new section includes two residential towers containing 198 items. The event presents one- to three-bedroom residences, four-bedroom duplexes with non-public terraces, and five-bedroom penthouses with double-height residing areas. All items characteristic views of the Dubai skyline.
