    Saudi Arabia grants 30-day grace period to extend expired visit visas for final departure

    RIYADH — The Common Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) introduced that it began implementing a brand new initiative permitting the extension of all expired go to visas—no matter kind or designation—for the aim of ultimate departure from Saudi Arabia.

    The grace interval started on 1 Muharram 1447 AH, comparable to June 26, 2025 and the visa holders may have 30 days to regularize their standing after paying all relevant charges and penalties to facilitate their exit from the Kingdom.

    The initiative is accessible by means of the “Tawasul” service on the Ministry of Inside’s “Absher” digital platform.

    Jawazat urged all of the involved beneficiaries to benefit from this limited-time alternative earlier than the expiry of the deadline.
