    Dubai South Properties has launched Hayat, a master-planned group protecting 10 million sq. ft.

    The event sits within the Golf District at Dubai South, near Al Maktoum Worldwide Airport’s present terminal.

    The primary part is due for completion within the second quarter of 2028.
