    Dubai’s RTA launches fast-track programme to develop Emirati engineering talent

    Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the “Promising Engineer – Quick Monitor” coaching programme to assist Emirati engineering graduates in constructing their technical {and professional} expertise.

    The initiative is a part of RTA’s broader technique to arrange for the long run, improve its company popularity, and contribute to nationwide efforts to extend Emiratisation. It goals to equip younger Emirati engineers with specialised capabilities that guarantee profession stability and progress.

    Candidates have to be UAE nationals with an engineering diploma from an accredited college, have graduated throughout the final two years, maintain a minimal GPA of three.5, and cross private interviews.
