    Interior Ministry officer caught with drugs and firearm after Jahra car accident

    The Jahra Governorate Rescue Division arrested a member of the Ministry of Inside after discovering suspected narcotics, a firearm, and ammunition in his possession.

    The arrest occurred wnen Normal Visitors Division officers responded to a site visitors collision through which one individual was injured within the Al-Naeem space, the ministry mentioned in a press release.

    Upon arrival, safety personnel seen that one of many individuals concerned within the accident seemed to be in an irregular situation.

    After verifying his id, they discovered he was an worker of the Ministry of Inside following which a precautionary search of his car uncovered drugs suspected to be Lyrica, a bit of cannabis, drug-use instruments, a 9mm firearm, bullets, {a magazine}, and various ammunition.

    The suspect and his car had been referred to the Naeem Police Station and later to the Normal Division for Drug Management for additional investigation.
