    MBRHE delivers housing support packages worth AED1.725 billion in the first half of 2025 – UAE

    Consistent with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the steering of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Govt Council of Dubai, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Institution (MBRHE) has delivered greater than AED1.725 billion value of housing help packages to three,027 beneficiaries within the first half of 2025. The figures mirror the Institution’s sustained efforts and unwavering dedication to enhancing household stability and total high quality of life for Emirati residents.

    The housing help packages embody 1,390 housing schemes valued at AED1.184 billion that stretch help to residents in constructing, sustaining, and buying properties. Moreover, 935 housing grants valued at AED540.3 million help residence upkeep, building, and possession requests. Moreover, 695 land grants have been facilitated beneath the packages as a part of an built-in help system to allow residents to personal appropriate properties.

    His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, Appearing CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Institution, affirmed that the achievements embody the management’s imaginative and prescient of empowering residents with high-quality housing options, stating: “We’re dedicated to translating the noble directives into tangible outcomes by innovating a versatile and complete housing system based mostly on effectivity and repair high quality, contributing to increased ranges of household and social stability.”

    His Excellency Al Shehhi additional emphasised that every one such efforts are in alignment with the Dubai 2040 City Grasp Plan and the Dubai Social Agenda 33, which goal to place Dubai as a world chief in high quality of life by way of a complicated and sustainable housing ecosystem that promotes financial progress alongside social cohesion.
