    The Ministry of Financial system has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Mental Property Affiliation to strengthen collaboration in delivering a specialised coaching programme for UAE trademark brokers. The initiative goals to equip individuals with the technical and authorized experience required to earn certification, in keeping with Ministerial Choice No. 90 of 2024, which regulates trademark agent accreditation within the UAE.

    The memorandum was signed by H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Financial system; and H.E. Main Normal Dr Abdulqadoos Abdulrazak Al Obaidli, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Excellence and Management at Dubai Police and Chairman of the Emirates Mental Property Affiliation, within the presence of H.E. Dr Abdulrahman Hassan Al Muaini, Assistant Undersecretary for the Mental Property Sector on the Ministry of Financial system.
