    Municipality orders evacuation and demolition of 67 unsafe properties in Jleeb

    Kuwait Municipality has issued warnings to 67 properties within the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh space, declaring them susceptible to collapse and ordering their speedy evacuation and demolition because of their harmful situation.

    The Director-Common of Kuwait Municipality, Engineer Manal Al-Asfour, issued an administrative choice requiring property homeowners to evacuate and demolish the buildings inside two weeks from the publication of the choice within the Official Gazette (Kuwait Alyawm).

    The choice follows reviews from the Authorities Middle for Testing, High quality Management, and Analysis, a letter from the Deputy Director Common for Farwaniya and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorates, and a discover from the Authorized Division. These reviews confirmed that the buildings are structurally unsafe, susceptible to collapse, and pose an imminent risk to life, property, and public security.

    Al-Asfour highlighted that the municipality will monitor compliance carefully. She warned that if homeowners fail to hold out the demolitions inside the specified timeframe, the municipality will take away the buildings on the homeowners’ expense, making certain they’re first fully evacuated.

    This transfer underscores Kuwait Municipality’s dedication to public security and concrete threat administration.
