    Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the Ministry of Business and Superior Expertise have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed toward coordinating joint initiatives and tasks of mutual curiosity between the UAE’s industrial ecosystem and Dubai’s transport and infrastructure ecosystem. The MoU helps the targets of the Make it within the Emirates initiative, significantly within the fields of electrical mobility and autonomous transport, whereas creating high quality funding alternatives by means of the adoption of the Ministry’s Nationwide In-Nation Worth (ICV) Programme.

    Beneath the MoU, the 2 events will collaborate to reinforce technological capabilities by offering RTA with entry to the Ministry’s specialised coaching programmes in synthetic intelligence and superior applied sciences.     The MoU was signed by His Excellency Osama Amir Fadhel, Assistant Undersecretary for the Industrial Accelerators Sector on the Ministry of Business and Superior Expertise, and Mohammed Al Mudharreb, CEO of the Company Expertise Assist Companies Sector at RTA, throughout RTA’s participation in GITEX International 2025, held on the Dubai World Commerce Centre from 13 to 17 October.

    Each events agreed to coordinate initiatives and tasks of mutual curiosity, discover alternatives to empower the nationwide industrial sector by means of the event of requirements and technical rules in sensible mobility, and spotlight the Ministry’s programmes — significantly the Make it within the Emirates initiative.
