    Saudi customs foils attempt to smuggle 646,000 Captagon pills through Jeddah port

    JEDDAH — The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has foiled an try and smuggle 646,000 amphetamine tablets by way of Jeddah Islamic Port.

    In response to ZATCA spokesperson Hamoud Al-Harbi, the narcotics have been found hid inside a cargo labeled as foodstuffs, particularly fava beans.

    Following the seizure, the authority coordinated with the Normal Directorate of Narcotics Management, which led to the arrest of three people contained in the Kingdom who have been recognized because the meant recipients of the cargo.
