Americana Eating places Worldwide, the most important out-of-home eating and fast service restaurant operator within the Center East & North Africa and Kazakhstan, has confirmed it’s in talks to accumulate Cravia Inc.
The development was reported last week, however wasn’t confirmed by any concerned events on the time.
Cravia Inc. has been owned by Fajr Capital, a personal fairness firm, since 2016. It has 78 shops and greater than 2,000 workers. Along with 5 Guys and Cinnabon, it operates or manages manufacturers like Zaatar W Zeit, Seattle’s Greatest Espresso and Carvel.

Americana Eating places has a portfolio that features manufacturers like KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, Krispy Kreme, Wimpy and Costa Espresso.
Bloomberg reported final Friday, quoting sources near the negotiations, that talks had been at an early stage, and there was no certainty {that a} deal could be reached.
