    CID men bust drugs network, narcotics worth 1.15 million dinars seized; four in police custody

    The Ministry of Inside has introduced the arrest of 4 folks in two separate incidents for possessing giant portions of narcotics and psychotropic substances, with an estimated road worth of roughly 1.15 million dinars.

    Within the first case, the plainclothesmen busted a drug trafficking community working within the suburbs of Saad Al-Abdullah, Abdullah Al-Mubarak, and Hawally, involving three folks — two of whom are believed to be Inside Ministry males and a bedoun allegedly a resident of an unidentified European nation.

    The CID males have seized from the trio 25 kilograms of marijuana, 100 Lyrica tablets, 2 grams of shabu, and 100 grams of cannabis, with a mixed estimated road worth of 150,000 dinars.

    The second case concerned a Gulf nationwide who was caught smuggling psychotropic substances into Kuwait. The authorities seized an estimated 500,000 Captagon tablets, meant for trafficking, with a market worth of round a million dinars.

    The Directorate-Basic of Medicine Management affirmed its ongoing surveillance of all actions associated to drug trafficking and smuggling and reiterated its dedication to taking strict authorized motion towards these concerned to guard the society from the hazards of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
