    Dubai Police 901 call centre handles over 540,000 inquiries in first half of 2025

    Dubai Police has revealed that its 901 name centre, devoted to non-emergency conditions and buyer inquiries, managed 542,686 communications through the first six months of 2025.

    These included telephone calls, emails, and immediate messages dealt with by chat purposes.

    Abdullah Ibrahim, Director of the Buyer Happiness Centre on the Common Division of Administrative Affairs, mentioned the 901 Name Centre recorded 393,000 telephone calls, 96,610 emails, and 53,076 immediate messages from prospects throughout the emirate within the interval.

    He famous that the centre helps the Dubai Police management’s imaginative and prescient of enhancing neighborhood happiness and making Dubai “the most secure metropolis.”

    He mentioned: “That is achieved by making certain fast responses to calls and leveraging fashionable applied sciences to deal with buyer inquiries in a number of languages.”

    The 901 name centre is structured into three key platforms protecting telephone calls, emails, sensible purposes, and chat companies.

    “The primary platform contains specialised workers who handle telephone calls and inquiries, specializing in resolving complaints, recommendations, and requests,” Abdullah Ibrahim defined.

    He added that the centre affords a variety of companies to the general public, together with criminal-related companies, visitors companies, certificates issuance, and neighborhood help.
